Thankyou - I am fighting today - trying to find the hope/future to motivate living. I liked hearing your hope tonight.

Hi,
thanks for sharing these words of wisdom. I highly agree, though I do not have that 35 years of experience. On this site I found myself to be strong and very "authoritative" advisor for contacting professional help.
Either psychotherapist or psychiatrist or both or both in one. Many times it is really essential.
You are drawning, you are dying, no of your friends seem to understand you, they even look distant, indifferent, surprised or scared of your process. That is the time to look for the professional, even, as you suggest it is not so easy to find right helper for you. Not for guru but for experienced helper. Long term process even you find right one. But worth it.

Wish you all the best, Hugo
