Try to look towards the future, I know what it's like to suffer for so long that you can't possibly imagine it will ever get better but it will, I can personally promise you that, try to hold on, not for them, but for your future, it'll get better, maybe not very soon, maybe it'll never be "great" but it will get better and it is definitely worth living.
