how can i either die or stop completely? i am in hell and my best advice is settle in

    I can’t tell you to die or stop. ‘cuz when I did that myself, only after a few months did everything change for me.

    Try to change your environment for a few days or even a few hours, even though it sucks. There are many people with different points of views you might find handy.

    why don’t you try going out on a short trip (even just for a few hours), a change of scenery might alleviate the stress…..
