Yesterday i was assigned to do a project in speech and debate. It was free topic, so i decided i would do it on teen Suicide. I can really use some statistics that most people don’t usually know. And wish me luck. I’ve  always been trying to prove my depression to the class. Im tierd of putting a fake smile on everyday…. Wish me luck :/

You dont need to prove anything to anybody. The only thing you need to do is start feeling well like you would like to. And that is possible. No, dont be the judge of yourself about what can and cannot. Let the right persons do that for you. They will provide you insight into the understanding of many things that will ease the way you feel.
