    That’s an ideology, not a fact.

    It’s a philosophical position, the “valuable container theory”.

    I say it’s B.S. — what matters is subjective experience, period.

    The important question is; are you living life?

    Are you alive now?
    In this world?

    Or are you depressed?
    Lost in thought?
    Cut off?
