Stopping My Medication

July 9th, 2012 by LegitApplePie

I’ve been on different medications for about a year now, and I don’t see a difference. I’m stopping it all tomorrow. I’ll probably become worse, but I don’t care. I want to die anyway.

  1. That’ why I didn’t want medication

  2. stop it gradually just so you dont get sideeffects like dizziness and headaches, its abit of a shock to your body when you take it away all at once, i hope it goes well for you.

  3. Yeah, medication was a stupid idea. I’ve had so many side effects. Then, they put me on more medication for the side effects I was having. Crazy. I should stop it gradually, but I’m tired of taking. I just want to be done with it.

  4. Not to annoy you…. but I do not think it was a stupid idea at all. YUP, some of the side effects can suck. Nausea, dizziness….. and whatever you had.

BUT – remember that depression is a SICKNESS. A chemical issue. Without medicines to fix the chemical issue – it is NOT possible to ever get fixed.

    • You’re not annoying me at all. I’ve been on Prozac, celexa, traodone and abilify. None of them are doing their jobs. I’ll try staying off of medications for awhile.

  5. Just make sure you have a way to deal with the depression if the medicine cant help
