Punish myself.

I really want to punish myself . Please I have done so wrong.and lately I am not even good enough please tell me how to punish my self.

P.S I cut, I starve myself, I run until my legs hurt, but I need something powerful. A really heavy and powerful punishment………..

    Your punishment is to refrain from punishing yourself.

    What have you done to warrant such harsh punishment? Have you tried punching yourself? At least that wouldn’t leave any scars. Just don’t hit your head or else you could get a concussion. I’m sure you’re a good person at heart.

    A “bad person” is not just easily summed up as a person who has done bad things. It’s more complicated than that. Like the previous post says: I’m sure your a good person at heart.
