Has anyone been physically, emotionally and verbally abused and dumbed-down by their parents from the day they were born all the way into adulthood?
What does one do when they’ve been made useless by their parents and can’t make it on their own?
30 years of waiting for things to get better… just hanging in.
I don’t see this ending in a good way.

Never physically, but emotionally and verbally tortured yes, for around the same amount of time. Even yesterday I was having a rough time. I don’t see it ending for me very well either, but I feel your pain in fact I’m living it daily. I try to keep to myself when I can. So sorry someone else is going through this, I feel ya.
Thank you for your empathy. This is a very embarrassing thing to say to someone, so I stay quiet. Found this site and anonymity allowed me to open up a little. It’s easy to speak truthfully when no one can see who you are.
hi am on the same page with you am living the same life my parents treat me like crap they dont even want me to meet my friends i hate my life i dont see my life ending well too.. hope you have a great life ahead and your end 🙂
