Which members do you mean? I could conjure some ghosts of the past, but I have the feeling that nobody posting now would have the vaguest idea who I was talking about.
They’re all probably dead. I hope not but they didn’t make the title “Suicide Project” for nothing. How was the group with the other members? Someone said it had a more family like atmosphere.
This place has its own personality when it comes to how people use it. I’d wager about 90% of former users who haven’t been around in a while are doing just fine – they got what they needed from this place, and now they don’t need it any further (for the time being). They may be back, they may not.. it’s hard to say.
That could be true. I just joined the group about a week ago. I was thinking that too but I was looking through a lot of older posts and a lot of times when someone doesn’t come back for a long period of time their last post is either a suicide letter or them saying they are about to do another suicide attempt. Then they are missing for years and never heard from again. What else could you conclude about those people?
You could conclude that you simply don’t know. The rule of thumb for this site is trust, but verify. Because people like to stir the pot. I’m not discounting the fact that some people have gone through with their plans after posting them – I know several that turned out that way.
i might be a little too old for you to remember me (holy shit i actually am old here wow). i’ve been inactive a lot since december, so i probably missed out on a whole wave of people who came, became “the most loved SPers”, and left dramaticly/abruptly.
i, however, will probably never completely leave (unless death occurs). recently i’ve been reading shit here once every few weeks (which is the least i’ve been here since i’ve joined almost two years ago) and this is probably the only comment i’ve made this month. anyways, stay safe & if you don’t plan on leaving sp, i hope you become an sp legend like dawg or clevername.
