I have multiple personalities and I wanted to know how many others there are who live with this. I just feel so alone with it, I’m not sure if I have a normal or abnormal alternate personality. She is very violent and unstable and has tried to kill me before.

you mean you have dissociative identity disorder? I happen to know very closely a person who has that. hit me up if you wanna talk.
My mother has DID. You’re not alone in that of course, but I would think psychiatrists are not too quick to throw that diagnosis around. I’m not really sure about terminology, abnormal or whatever, but what I read years ago was talking about people being aware of what the others were doing, or blackouts.. ?
Anyways, you have two people here that would be willing to listen.
