Oka, so after about 10yrs of struggling with this I decided I’m going through with it. I’ve wrote my letter for my loved ones and I’m actually going to discuss my decision with them before hand. My mom knows I’ve struggled with this for a while, but my dad (who lives in another country) will be something else… I’m hoping this method of suicide works, bcus I fear any health repercussions. I don’t intend on taking a lot of sleeping pills, just enough to get me groggy, sleepy and keep me from trying to get some air from drowning. This is a decision I am truly at peace with and am so happy I have finally thought of something that will hopefully work for me.

There are better ways than that.
Please don’t try this method, for all you know, you can feel the pain of drowning while sleeping. I don’t know who you are or what you’ve done but please don’t try this, it could be extremely painful.
How is this painful? You don’t feel any pain while you are drowning
Your lungs are taking in water and your body is struggling to breathe. A Google search will give you the graphic details. It can be very, very painful and an experience comparable to torture.
Just like @distant.road said, just imagine yourself trapped in a place and, because of the sleeping pills you are in a deep sleep and you cant wake up, now imagine the pain of having water in your lungs… But you can’t do anything about it because the pills have you trapped….. You are slowly and painfully dying….
It probably won’t work
The body’s automatic nervous system will kick in and you will release a lot if adrenalin causing the body to kick start. You’ll probably wake up, and if you survive , you might get some brain damage. I think there are better methods. But if you’re sure about going this way, then I hope you have a peaceful exit.
