Who says it’s not okay to feel such mental torture?
Who says it’s not okay to feel mentally euphoric?
Who claims I should apologise for the way my brain works?
Who asked for an apology?
Who judges me without knowing or understanding?
Do you judge yourself?
How can anyone expect me to control that which I cannot?
Who asked you to?
Who has the right to such expectations of me, to require I live, who are you with all your rubbish positive mental attitude which is just you trying to convince yourself life is not empty, lonely, hopeless, without reason, how can you possibly understand when you do not understand your own illusions. who has the right to offer me drugs to make me ‘normal’, am I a freak of a society that will only allow me to stay if I live a lie?
Exactly…..all that is offered is an alternative, an informed set of choices…..the choice is yours.
Who are you to not forgive me if I die?
I do, can you forgive yourself?

Worded so well. I tend to agree. I think people just don’t want other people to die in suffering, rather numb them up and try to fix them. It’s done in good will. But it’s why I don’t usually bring up my issues to people. I’ve listened to all the inspirational videos… I don’t need to hear them from everyone else. You shouldn’t apologize for your brain, be who you are. My opinion being as long as you’re not out to hurt anyone, those who love you will learn that you can’t change a person before they’re ready to change themselves, or adapt to life as they see it.
