i’ve been depressed for several years due to a lot of different reasons.
lately i’ve been having so many doubts and i’m questioning my sexuality.
i think i’m bisexual, but i’m not completly sure, i am very confused and i dont know what to do.
i only know one thing, and that is that if i actually am bisexual, my family would be extremely disappointed, mostly my mother, she would never accept it.
can anybody give some advice?

Be yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you how u should be. Its always hard to tell parents tje real u but if they love and support you they will accept it. Talk to your mother and tell her how u feel, let her know this is u . A mothers love is a mothers love, it will always be there. You will be fine. Good luck
i hope that your mother would accept it, as she is your mother and should unconditionally love you. if you genuinely think she will disown you upon hearing that you’re bisexual, i would suggest that you bring yourself to complete comfort with your sexuality first. its too hard to ask someone else to accept it when you arent sure yet yourself, especially if it’s someone who may not be 100% supportive. when you’ve come to peace with yourself about it then decide, if you still feel you cannot tell your mother you really dont have to. i think it’d be best to let loved ones who you know will be supportive know, especially in the eary stages of this self discovery. unsupportive people will probably confuse you more. good luck

but my mother has always said that homosexuality is absolutely disgusting and that she would die if one of her kids turns out to be gay.

wow. i was in this postiton. if you like both sexes, your bi. if you’re attracted to both sexes, your bi. you could keep this a secret from your mom, or you could tell her and hope for the best. my mom is a STRICT christian, and when my sister came out she was so upset she locked herself in her room and cried for 3 days straight, but she came to the conclusion that God still loves her, so my mom should too. God made you that way. i think if he made you that way, he don’t care. the only thing that he truly cares about is if your a GOOD person. if he would judge you bc your bi, he’s a selfish God. bc you CANT help who you like, nor love. i hope this helps you. and i wish you the best of luck discovering yourself and coming out if you decide you are bi. but tbh, and im sorry, most of the time if you even question the thought, your bi.
