i just dont no wat to do anymore everythin has become such an effort even to get out of bed in the morning… ive tried to end it once before and im getting to the point where i want to again my friends just dont understand wats going on and just push me away i feels so alone and lost please help

Hello. So what’s going on? I sure understand the difficulties of getting out of bed when you’re depressed. Once I get up and start doing something, anything, I always feel at least better than when I was staying in bed. Just thinking and thinking. Everything always seems worse when I just stay in bed.
If everything seems to be such an effort, you must have lost interest. That sure can happen and may seem impossible to get out of, as solutions take interest to create. Very often if we can just find one thing that interests us, something to create, something to grab onto, many other aspects of our lives begin to fall into the flow of energy we are creating toward that one thing. We start one thing and many others follow.
So… What’s going on? Be a little more specific and hopefully someone here can extend a hand.
Unity is right. It’s a bit hard to help with something so general.
But know that even if you feel alone, there is always someone willing to listen and offer support. Even if you don’t know them well, they might know how you feel and be able to help.
Unity is also right about the ‘interest’ aspect of this. Besides, staying in bed saps away your energy. Just sleeping all day makes your body enter a kind of ‘hibernation mode’, and so do many of your emotions, particularly the ones that take energy (happiness, excitement, etc).
One thing I found that seems to work well for some people is finding a hobby that we’d always liked and starting it. Express your feelings through it. Take pride in it. It might take a while, but it eventually helps your self confidence, which helps your mental state, eventually getting you back up to normal happy you. Give it a shot before trying something drastic… like suicide.

o i know when you tell someone how you feel they get so scared or so confused they push you away cause they dont want to get hurt if you do something to harm yourself. they may feel at fault.
