failure and banding

well i just read that that method rarely works anyway and that more often than not, even under the influence of sleeping pills your hands will automatically remove the thing that is restricting breath, its like a automatic reflex. It can work but rarely works. So don’t be pissed at the twig. You need a new method, or maybe you just need to find a reason to live (if thats possible, I myself can talk as I am seriously considering death now too)
