I’m only 15. I have job at my moms store, I’m a freshman in high school.
My mom never lets me out anymore. All I ever do is work and go to school. And at school I am made fun of. I never act like I care. But once i get home from work I open a pack of razors and tear my flesh.
The other day, I thought I had had enough. So I applied more pressure to the razor. I bled for only two hours

I feel your pain. The single most important thing I can say to you is that YOUR opinion of YOURSELF is the only one that counts, not any of your classmates.
Number 1; stop the cutting. What you’re doing is serious, but it will not kill you. What it WILL do is get you is a minimum of 30 days in lockdown with a bunch of people you REALLY don’t want to be around. I’m speaking from experience, girlfriend; and it changes NOTHING.
Number 2: I don’t know what people at school are making fun of you for, stand up and get in their face right back. IT WORKS. BEEN THERE; DONE THAT. If you have to take ’em down, give ’em what they have coming. I only had to do it once; no one ever bothered me again. You’re a minor. Your’e not going to prison. It is entirely YOUR decison what you will or will not tolerate. People who treat you badly are not worth your time.
Number 3; Your mom must have some reasons for not “letting you out”. I suspect that it is because she does not want you to get into trouble and that she loves you. I can see your eyes rolling back in your head now. Yeah, yeah, blah, blah, bore me some more, with that Mom stuff. It’s true and one day in the future you’ll understand that.
In the meanwhile, you need to connect with someone about your concerns. This will sound stupid, I know, but what are your interests? Are you athletic? Artistic? Musical? A writer? Everyone is good at something; you are at a very young age to figure our where you belong in life. Maybe Science, Medicine or Technology? Do you love animals? I would love to be in as young as you; I’d go to Veterinarian school.
I care. Keep in touch
P.S. Do try to avoid the fights; I’d since had people trying to “hire” me after I’d made my mark; not an elegant line of work”
