I am sorry you are suffering from this dreadful disorder also,
You was not born with it, this develops and happens during the first few years of your life. and other traumas that effected you throughout life. i do not know you or what you have been through so i cannot really say. it can also be something purely physical that the right chemical balance, Diet or Exercise, and proper consistant meditation could really solve.
i suffer from severe Anxiety / Chronic Social Anxiety, and a few herbs i can recommend could maybe help as it did for me in a very bad time a few months ago.
drink this if you are not taking any other Anti-Anxiety or anti depressant drugs as they can interact with each other.,
Drink this tea, i promise it takes the edge off of it for the short run,it is a very powerful Anti-Anxiety Anti-Depressant tea without any side effects.
drink it 2 or 3 times a day judging by how many situations you face throughout your days which trigger’s the Anxiety and depression.
Green Tea Bag
½ or full Tea Spoon of Anise seeds
½ or full Tea Spoon Coriander Seeds
½ or full Tea Spoon Fennel seeds
1 Tea Spoon of dried or fresh Mint.
Some Cinnamon sticks
1 tea spoon of dark natural honey.
do not over boil as it would destroy the beneficial chemicals
if you cant find these herbs / seeds near to you than you can always buy them on eBay
Or botanical online shops.
for best effect eat the seeds after but you don’t need to
if you do not desire it.
the chemicals in the tea effect the GABA receptors in your brain, which when chemical imbalances occur here can cause restlessness and Anxiety. this is one physical cause
for the possible spiritual, mental cause than…
in the long run try and think about therapy to resolve and get to the root of the anxiety, the anxiety most of the time could have an underlying unconscious problem trauma etc that you are not aware of while, and is one of the things that makes this horrible sensation of anxiety frustrating and overwhelming,
chronic anxiety needs to be resolved, if not or if left, the anxiety will not go away on its own & gets even more deeper, trust me. and could becom a vicious circle of anxiety to depression - depression to anxiety.
If! you really want to help yourself than one of the best things to do is look into, research Anxiety and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Proper Hypnotherapy would be highly beneficial for some short cuts, and to get to some real root causes & trauma’s you suffered which you were never even aware of..
you shoul read these for now if you do not wish to go into any therapy for the moment,

Anxiety Disorders And Phobias: A Cognitive Perspective
AÂ Review about the book:
“Every day, veterans of the Vietnam War commit suicide in deep depression. With the United States almost continually cutting its Veterans Administration budget, you would think that the V.A. would give up, but books like those of Beck help it treat and cure depression and anxiety. The Cognitive Therapy uses Socratic questioning, training people to ask why they feel sad or anxious, what their answers mean, to substitute more effective coping thoughts for ineffective thoughts and wrong ideas (illogical ideas, like “everybody is against me,” “I’m born to fail,” etc.). Patients record in diaries or logs what events trigger these wrong thoughts and learn to instantly respond with other thoughts and actions. This is one of the greatest books in psychology and psychiatry, and should be read by the young people of all ages (many of whom are depressed) as well as the older ones.”
