yall both dont need to do it at all
hun your 14
things will get better i know they will there are plenty of people in this world that have sufferd things like you and made it out alive
I know it’s not what you want to hear, but life sucks is right. At 14 you haven’t had the chance to find happiness. And trust me, you’re not the only one to go through it.
If you want to open up a bit about your problems there’s always people willing to help you out. Got nothing to loose by trying, and everything to loose by giving up.
My first suicide attempt was when I was 13. I’m now 15. I would love to tell you there’s a painless way to end it out there, but it’s hard to find. You’ll never find it, that’s the unfortunate truth. But before you even start thinking about suicide, ask for help. It can be a written letter to a favorite teacher or a talk with the school psychologist. And if you have no one to talk to, ask yourself the following questions before trying to commit suicide. Am I sure I want to do this? Am I at peace with what I’m about to do? Is there another way? Ask yourselves these questions, and if you have difficulty answering even just one of them, think it through. Depression hurts, I know, but keep it real. If you know what you’re dong is wrong or feels uncomfortable, stop. think. You’ll find allot of answers that way.
As Angel Ash said, you’re only 14….there is no painless way. You may be in emotional pain now, however there is a reason for it. You may not want to deal with it or see it, but’ pain is a teacher. And when you take action and search out why you are feeling the way you are, you’ll find you can move from a place of feeling like a victim to a place of action and empowerment.
Takes some courage and resolve on your part….and believe me, I understand the desperation….it’s hard. There’s a reason you came to this forum and there are caring people here who can support you. It’s up to you, but I would share your story here…it can be difficult to find a counselor or doctor who will understand suicidal tendencies/depression. I can’t imagine how it must feel at 14, whatever your circumstances are vut as best you can, feel the pain you’re feeling……..our bodies are a barometer for where we are at and how well we are doing in life….means something in you needs to be looked at,…and there’s absolutely no shame in reaching out., it’s a sign of strength and part of the process of growth….Good luck.

hard liquor and sleeping pills like diphenhydramine in my opinion. it should work theoretically. you have to drink it all down very fast.
