Carbon Monoxide poisoning is supposed to be pretty much painless. Just make sure you read up about it so you do everything right. Like, sometimes people pass out but wake up again because of tingling in their fingers/toes, so they feel themselves choking, etc. Sleeping pills or Nyquil or whatever should help with that.
Do you really want a peaceful exit, or do you want a peaceful life? Because that is possible – not promising a life without some pain, here, but it can and does get better. I’ve gotten through a lot of things by trusting in Jesus, and you can too – he loves you, and died to save you so that if you believe in Him, you can experience healing. But even if you don’t believe that, I ask you to consider reaching out to a person who cares. There are lots of people who care, even on this site.
Please, if you want someone to listen, find a friend or family member or teacher or pastor or even call 911 or go to emergency if you feel like killing yourself. You do not have to continue feeling this way. There IS hope and there IS help. If you want to chat, feel free to email me at carin@uoguelph.ca
