Today was the last day of school. Â I’m officially done with 10th grade. Â That means I’ve got at least two more years of being completely fucking lonely and having to feel like I’m repulsive and hideous. Â At least I’ve got a three month break from having to see pretty girls who don’t give a fuck about my existence. Â I just wish I wasn’t such an ugly fuck, then maybe at least one girl could give me a pity date, but I can’t even get that now can I? Â Fuck. Â I wish I were dead. Â I wish I could just get away from all of this. Â Today when everyone was say goodbye girls would run up to one of my friends and say bye and hug him. Â Not acknowledging me at all. Â I got some goodbyes but it was later when this girl I like was saying goodbye to everyone in the group. Â So, individually, I didn’t matter. Â I suppose I’m just insignificant and lucky to get any goodbyes at all.

Lucky, I’m still in school
If it means anything, I would love to go on a date with you…
My brother please please believe me when I tell you that it will get better. I know it’s a cliche: High School sucks! I was short, fat, unpopular and poor at a rich kid’s school. No dates, no hugs no anything. The thing is this: If you find something you love (anything) your passion will help you find confidence, that confidence will get you someone who loves you. I guarantee it. I went to my 30 year HS reunion. The good-looking people peaked 20 years ago and the rest of us aged nicely. You have a good brain and an open heart. You’ll be surprised what happens. Power through this email me I’ll be your friend badslaw at yahhhooo
High school sucks, trust me, it’s th reason I’m so fucked up. However, it ends, and when you leave, girls become much less shallow. Humanity stops caring so much about appearances when they’re actually looking for life partners and not just a good lay/an opulent prom night. Trust it with a few more years before you call it quits.
One more thing: Try acting “as if” act “as if” you are outgoing! Say what your thinking. Engage and be yourself. Act “as if” you were popular. Damn the haters: Lean into life, make an effort to say “Hello” don’t sit around and wait for people to approach you, approach them. The best people are people who’s company is CRAVED by others. Be that person. Have a kind word. Compliment people and ask them questions. Do this!
It doesn’t change after high school. I promise. Just forget them. Girls guys anyone without the will to look past the facade of appearance. Maybe you’re craving more than a girl anyways. But then again, you are in high school so maybe you are…but that’s hormones. Those are temporary.
You sound exactly the same as me..
i know high school but you just gotta think there is a much bigger part of life after it Ourmanflint1 is right you should try that. and the ones that still dnt like you after that forget them they deserve you then just keep your head up
Thank you everybody for all of the supportive comments. I’m glad you all care.
I’m fifty, and not once have I returned to the school for a football game nor have I attended a reunion.
Reunions what a awfull place for anyone other than the in crowd. When they send out the invitations it’s really about getting just enough people to pay for the Hall or Hotel Ballroom.
High School Sucked.
I had the strangest encounter at Home Depot, I was checking out and the women in front of me turned and said, …… “hello ______, oh I see you can’t remember me” its _________ from high school.
This women was one of the most beautiful girls in high school. She was unrecongizable to me ( and I remember faces ).
This has happened before with other women that were beautiful girls in high school.
There is a reason nature makes girls cute and attractive (pyshically) as a teen, because 98% percent of them are really unattractive later on in life. Thats why makeup is a hundred billion dollar industry.
She was not a nice person in school and now shes ugly.
Hang in there.
