Why would this site track your IPs?
Are you sure they do that? And for what purpose? To send to your local police?

I think they do that so that someone else who is concerned might do it.
The only to find out who you are based on an ip is through your ISP and a court would have to subpena your ISP to locate you if they wanted the information (unless your ISP is spineless and adheres to any request for an IP)…
