Well you are saying 2 different things here first you say you want to find good things about yourself, then you say you want to like things about yourself. You probably have tons of good qualities, but that doesn’t mean you will like them. So what qualities do you like in other people and can you find any of those things in yourself?

Maybe it’s time to give yourself a break from thinking about yourself and get out of your head for a bit, because it sounds like you’re kinda driving yourself mad! Sometimes it’s crazy making to overthink things…
OH Madelene-me too, I am losing my job in s weeks, I am separated from my spouse (I left), feel hopeless w. the world in economic freefall, and now I am in love w a guy I just don;t know if he has feelings either…NOTHING ever works out for me.
as bad as things look – well from what ive been told – things get better eventually. you just have to confront your fears, do things you wouldnt normally do and live life not expecting anything but tking everything as it comes
