Im reading this book call Parrotfish. Its about this girl who thought that all her life that she is really a boy. She cut her own hair and brought all boys clothes from goodwill. Now her new name is Grady and her mother, sister, and a lot of people from her school dont accept who she is. Her father, brother, and her new friend Sebastin dont mind it at all.
As i was reading this book it got me thinking. If i was transgender would my family accept me? My friends? The one person whom i lovieth? Would he be creepy out. Find it weird? Or just accept me? Really if one of these days that it really got me thinking about my sex and change everything about me. Would i accept myself too. Btw this is a fantsic book. I recommanded that everyone should read it c:

I have enough to wonder about at present. To deliberatly sit aorund and ponder if others would accept me if I were something else which is not even a remote possibility.
Reading stories can be a great distraction to ones own woes, humans have been doing it ever since the Gutenbourg Press made books available.
I like movies, I’m not a good reader, yet the pictures my mind make up when reading are far better, lol.
I wish I could slip inside a story and never emerge.
I do like Luis Lamore ( I think thats his name) stories of the Old West, very short stories always with a happy ending.
To go transgender you’d have to live, work and save quite a bit though.
i ish was just wondering ish all. Not thinking of going transgender or anything. Just very curious about it. Since i was reading the book and got me thinking a little O:
Yeah, in one of the universities I studied in one of the teachers actually had a sex change, and it was a lawyer and academic of some renown too. As far as I know one of the “pioneers” of assuming his/her gender change openly in the country. The university even refused to refer to her with her new woman name in their paperwork and official events.
thats terrible Q~ Q. That was in the book the principal at his school wont even change his perment record to his new name too o. o
As a Transgender male I know what it was like to read about/see Trans related things around me and have it make my mind go places. Being Transgender isn’t easy but it’s something you just feel inside and know that it’s who you are.
@SKM that’ a really extreme case of changing your circumstances to improve your life though, isn’t it? Takes a lot of guts for anyone to do that but hats off to them, they just went for it.
very very. As long as they are not changing others, im fine with that.
