im ALONE in a Place full of people.
My Grandmother tried to commit Suicide now she is in a mental health hospital, the same one i have been in 3 times. Â ive never seen my grandma like that it tore open something i was trying to put away for sooo long, i have cutt agian. suicide is a option!
if i Could be Turned back & start everything over i would. i hate myself for making my grandmother feeling the way she does.

I need you to know that seeing your Grandma attempt suicide could easily trigger suicidal thoughts in you and other family members.
Suicide is kind of catchy like this and can run in families and schools.
You need to get help as much as your Grandma does.
And remember: your Grandma makes her own choice, it’s not your fault if she attempted.

It really isn’t your fault that your grandma attempted suicide. But if for some reason you can’t stop feeling guilty, then LIVE for her. Ending yourself would just push her to try again so live. For yourself and for her.
Thats a huge emotional weight to carry, just take it day by day. If she wants you to visit surely go.
