I do not want to be blame for poisoning the minds of the youth, I mostly want to open closed minds to another way of seeing things. So If you unable to sit and read through my last post you should ignore this post which is an extension of that one and here’s the link to that last post –

Brainwashed
Is it right for a person to take their life and leave love ones behind? That is a question most people who are suicide will come across and the answer depends on if that person can be healed and how their state of mind affects their love ones. Imagine the word what comes to your mind? Now blank out your mind and imagine you’re entering a Christian church and think of that word, now what enters your mind?
Most of what we feel is what we are brainwashed to feel.
Imagine a tribe of religious people almost like Buddism (but not quite), image entering a forest into the mountains where all these religious people pray, and when they reach a state of clarity they go to the lake and swallow a fruit the size of a cherry and it makes them numb from all pain, then attach themselves to some kind of floating log and once the person falls to sleep and dies because of the fruit’s after-effect, the log turns over and the body sinks to the bottom of the lake. The other people gather around the lake and kneel then wish their fellow villager farewell into the afterlife. What thoughts would you have about suicide watching this happen? That person just used a fruit (a part of nature) to commit suicide, but in their beliefs that was part of the process because that was holy fruit purposely design to take when it was your time to pass on to next life why else would such fruit be given the power to kill life? Is it evil? This group of people do not know the meaning of evil, just the actions of bad judgment.
When is suicide acceptable?
Before I had set out on this trip I told my best friend people simply don’t know how to let go of someone they care about. I told him suicide is bad right, then I told him to imagine himself going to Japan and leaving the city and entering the country and finding a place that still practice seppuku. Samurai’s suicide, instead of dying by enemy hands they took their own life, and this was their honor. Would anyone reading this really stand up in middle of traditional seppuku act that’s be present before everyone and have the courage to tell them they’ll going to hell or would you simply think it and say nothing, or perhaps become confused?
What is God?
Stories like Tarzan, lord of the flies, blue lagoon make me ask questions like where is God to those that grow up in the wild outside of what’s consider a normal civilization. Do you think they will go to some torturous afterlife because they broke laws they didn’t know existed? Could one man really suffer the wraith of sinning against a god he never knew existed? When did god come into this discussion? Well when most of the human population believes in god and most would say you are sinning to destroy a gift as precious as life. Do we know what God is, how much do you know when we’re design to suffer because of illnesses or born with defects that cause us to have a short lifespan. ‘What is God’ changes from one person’s view to another. Ask yourself one simple question- “If any view from any belief system was right about what is God then why do we live in a world with multiple perceptions of what is God?” The question here is not if God exist or not, this can’t be proven but what could be proven is the simple fact that we act and react of our own free will, the fact that we have the power to question and disobey without any intervention of any kind other than man’s belief and laws shows us through our free will that we are free and that suicide is not a sin, and that any sin is deemed a sin not by a universal moral code of what’s right or wrong, sin is deemed so by a majority.
When is it acceptable to take a human life?
Killing oneself is a form of destroying life and that’s not an idea I find pleasing or would like to encourage. Killing another person is another form of destroying life and countries go to war and we are fed lies in forms of truth so we can do the unthinkable things so we can kill and make a sin acceptable as long as it suits the masses. A goal that suits only one that places fear in others would naturally be look down upon and condemn. How much care you could put into someone you do not care about is most likely how much care would normally be put into you. Fear and selfishness is what pulls and tugs on this issue. You would kill another human being when its beneficial to you but do you have the strength to let another human die even when you disagree with it?
For one that desires death to live is to accept what they can not change.
For the one to let another die is to accept what they can not change.
….and both must face their fears in order to come closer to peace. Without proper understanding of what is right a delusion of what is right is created. The knowledge we do not share brings forth the ignorance we get in return. It is never acceptable to kill or let be killed but we do it because we must.

I agree; I think it’s a personal choice everyone has to make at some point in their lives. I also feel the same tension between loving life, and doubting, or worrying about the future. That’s also why I’m here.
I was going to check to see if you online, some reason I thought you was sleeping. I wonder what dreams you have for your future, and I get this feeling you have too much doubt.
I think people in general have too much doubt; untangling this web of assumptions and expectations and finding the path forward is hard, sometimes.
But no, not asleep. lol — going to be another long night.
Thanks for this Silentblue. Some really interesting points there. We think and feel what we have been programmed to think or feel. In different social context (you give the example of a church, seppuku among the Samurai, a buddhist-like tribe in a forest) we have different thoughts and feelings
Take the point about the poisonous fruit. However can’t help thinking (ever practical!) that most poisonous fruits are probably not lethal but give you a most ghastly pain and stomach ache! If there was a fruit that promoted an ‘easeful’ death, we would all be buying it on the internet no doubt. Maybe ‘painful death’ might equally be what nature intended for those of us who choose suicide!
I don’t think there’s anything you have written which I wouldn’t want a young person to read, btw. Much food for thought there.
Schoolteacher Zx (Sorry to copy you Dawg but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!)
thanks for reading, I sometimes feel some people who have narrow vision would focus on one point of something and not see a whole picture so I want open minded readers to read my stuff, or hope other become open minded by the process.
yeah just thought about the fruit thing on the spot, got into story telling mode and if I didn’t take myself out I would have whole of story on my hands lol. I once look for poison plant to buy online but was too stupid to keep researching it, and figure would get sick instead of die.
i agree; with your previous post as well. We feel what society thinks we should. Suicide isn’t really the worst thing in the world in some cases. I’ve thought about this stuff a lot too. You’re definitely right.
I fully agree with your revisions – accepting what one cannot change is the course of finding contentment in an insane world. Accepting that is not the same as agreeing with those things one cannot change; acceptance is a neutral stance, while agreement is positive. I accept that Republicans exist, however, I most certainly do not agree with them. 😉
Thanks Orangish, as you actually inspired this post that makes it even better to have you overlook once more. I have no clue who will find anything I write about from this point on, but its nice to know my views and words are out there…living on past myself maybe.
I also was afraid of not making sense or being as clear as possible when I write some stuff like this.
