i don’t always remember the days very well so when my psych doc asks  how i’ve been for the last week i don’t always know what to say.  i’ve realized that i can tell how the last week went by how furry my teeth are.  anybody else have any things like that?

I brush when I shower. And I don’t shower that often anymore.
yes, i would have cuts and scars all up my arms, i would always get asked to show my arms.
I’m somewhat the same, mainly because when I am depressed I never know when I am going to fall asleep. I get in bed so many separate times during the day, eventually one of those times I just pass out and sleep. So I never manage to “get ready for bed” since it’s never really planned. My teeth are still fine at this point but I realize I need to get back to taking care of them more often.
this is interesting, when i get depressed which is almost every week i don’t brush my teeth either, i probably brush my teeth once a week at most
Same here, my teeth are all yellow and stuff because of that. Since recently I just try to force myself to brush them every day. When I have a really bad breakdown, but I mean REALLY BAD I don’t wash myself, don’t change my clothes (I mean I stay in my pajamas like for a week), nothing.
