I have begged on my knees, literally, infront of my mum and step dad for a treadmill, and they said yes for my birthday! How great is that? I can finally excersise in the comforts of my own home.

Great. That sounds like a good idea and I hope it helps. The good ones can be pretty expensive though so do some research first. There are lots of reviews that you can find on google.
You could of saved yourself a few hundred dollars and just bought a coat rack. I’m jking; make sure to use it!
Man Utd 2 – 1 Arsenal
Robin van Persie struck after 3 minutes to give united the lead. Victory was confirmed when Patrice Evra made it 2-0. United have now usurped Chelsea at the top of the table as they could only manage a draw against Chelsea. I reckon they will win it this year, they’ve got some serious firepower with Van Persie, Rooney, Hernandez and Wellbeck.
Other important news to report from today is that Silviniaco Conte wins the Charlie Hall Chase at Wetherby.
It’s also day two of the Breeders Cup at Santa Anita. Yesterday was a real shocker. Richard Hughes the idiot allowed himself to get trapped on both Sky Lantern and The Fugue. They should have won. It’s alright doing waiting tactics in England but over on synthetics, a big field and tight track your just asking for trouble. I’ve never liked the Breeders Cup too many imponderables and you never know how good the Americans are compared to their european counterparts. Ever since leroixdesanimaux let me down a few years ago I’ve always avoided the meeting.
Will be interesting to see what happens tonight. The Classic doesn’t look that good a renewal. Frankel would have destroyed that field.

Yeah, it’s weird. I just start talking about horse racing on peoples posts for absolutely no reason. I think it’s some sort of OCD but restricted only to sporting events. I think they should name this new phenomenon after me, I can’t be the only sufferer.

It’s a sound investment. I would definitely get one if I had some spare cash. You don’t want to go out running in this whether. I haven’t actually done any exercise since 2003.
