How exactly does one commit suicide with a belt and a doorknob? Maybe this is a naive question but where does the other end go once you fasten the makeshift noose part?

Not really an answer or method but..
Put the buckle through the door knob. Kneel down and wrap the belt around your neck. Then pull the belt as you feel comfortable as you like.
You will feel where all your major arteries (carotid/jugular) are pumping. Then you get tunnel vision in a few seconds, a euphoria just before you black out and your forehead hits the ground. (Recommend a pillow to save a broken nose)
It’s a cheap risk free high, but also an experiment to understand how the belt method could be used.
when i tried this it felt like my head was expanding loads. very uncomfortable.
did not know about this one, i wonder if this usually results in failure.
