My physical health is not improving – I’m actually considering this as well… if done right, it’s a relatively efficient alternative…

@sleepmezz: Effective and cheap but requires some planning. Some people here have actually failed. I don’t know when but I do know I won’t fail. I’m totally alone so it’s all good that I won’t be found until the time-delayed emails go out. (I’ve been prepping for a long time so all is left is the final straw – and I’m not sure what that is just yet. I expect it will happen at some point – quickly and without warning when it does.) Thanks and I hope you get to feeling better.
