I don’t get how I gained weight !!! I calculated the calories I burn naturally in a day, plus exercise to burn more and only eating about 1000 calories…. according to that, I should have a deficit of about 1000 calories a day, so in 3 days and a half I am supposed to lose 1 pound !!! Three days later, I gained 0.7 pounds, wtf ?? I panicked when I saw the number and started crying. there is NO way I am staying fat.

some things to consider:
1) water weight (fluctuates from day to day)
2) muscle weighs more than fat
3) bone density is important, and dense bones weigh more
4) make sure you’re consuming smaller servings more frequently
5) eat foods high in nutrition, and low in “fluff”
6) do not stop moving your body
What you want is a total physical transformation, which includes dramatically altering your lifestyle from sedentary to active. A total physical transformation will take several weeks of adherence to newly adopted protocol, before your body adjusts to your new lifestyle.

I know all about that π I did my research, I am just really fucking pissed that I don’t see the results I am expecting to be seeing. I am just very fragile and I give up easily. I am training and eating healthy, nutritious foods !! thanks, I just thought too that I didnt weigh myself in the morning like I usually do so it’s prooooobably due to fluctuation in my body
I know I am eating not enough calories too but meh whatevs I wont die I still eat rationally

Check if you are ok with your thyroids gland, if there are problems you can gain weight very easily.
