I’m too weak

I’m stressed again. I feel so worthless. What am I doing. I should’ve died like 8 years ago, I wish I did. I was young and didn’t try hard enough. Why can’t I end it now

Fortunately, there are many different ways to help dealing with stress. I won’t go into how stress is able to be managed, just do a search on the Internet. There are many and finding a few that works for you is important.

You definitely are not worthless. Absolutely not. Try not to think that way… it’s hard but somehow try to step away from thinking that. I am trying to do the same.

There are many reasons why you remain in the mortal realm. Living in the mortal realm is difficult to say the least. The first step I think is to accept that you’re human and prone to making mistakes. Learn to love yourself too. Easier said than done, I know. Then go from there.

You are loved. You matter. You are not worthless, everyone has value. Sometimes one needs to look at individual trees instead of the forest, trees being your individual successes and contributions to the people around you.
