Failing to commit suicide does not make you a coward. There are some serious survival instincts baked into you brain. It would be silly to call yourself a coward for not being able to hold your breath for five minutes. The same urgency to live keeps you from killing yourself.
If you truly believe you are mentally unstable then perhaps you shouldn’t be planning your death. Maybe you should be expending more energy towards getting professional help.
I agree with SeeSmith. If you think you’re mad or mentally unstable, maybe you should be looking for help. And you’re not a moron or a coward. Suicide isn’t as easy as some people think.
