I succumbed to my depression and 2 days ago attempted to end my life….
a bottle of bourbon and a bottle of pain pills didn’t do the trick.
I lived………feel like shit though…..
whens this hurt gonna end?

Gosh I’m sorry you are in this state. The only way it gets better is walking away from today. In any direction, but walking forward. I’m not going to say it gets better, it would be a lie and I can’t see into your heart, but I can say it gets different. Sometimes, while walking away I find people who help ease the pain. It is always there but others to listen makes the walking easier.
Drink lots of water and try to eat decent food for a while, that tends to fix the after effects of a failed od (well, maybe not fix, but at least help). That said… i’m sorry that you’ve had to go through that. Pills rarely get the trick done. I wish i knew when the hurt is going to end.
