Oh the scars…

Hey, sorry it happened again after 2 years… but maybe it was just a little step back given the circumstances. Parties are the worst thing ever. People must pretend to be social and nice but everyone is so bussy trying to fit in that nobody is able to see or care for others. It’s like a pressure for being part of a lie disguised under music and drinks.
When I am depressed I have this unwanted ability of not being able to be part of anything so people just pass me by without interacting with me. And parties depress me a lot so it’s like being in hell

So don’t think too much about it. It was an isolated event. You are allready going forward and what happened this time was a warning, don’t push yourself too hard. If there’s somewhere you don’t feel right try to leave, if there is a situation that makes you feel bad, avoid it.

There is nothing wrong with you, you know you don’t cut anymore

Don’t reopen scars, just let them evolve, the more you watch them the longer it takes them to heal. It was an accident and you can learn this lesson and move on….
