When you get annoyed and inpatient at everything and your head starts to get all jumbled up and you just feel like burning everything and beating something. And you kinda feel like your going crazy.

What is that feeling? Good question. Sit with it for a while. Look at it. Turn it around in your mind and try not to act on it. It seems to pass, as most feelings do…as ALL feelings do.
When something like that happens to me, I call it “rabid.”
I get that feeling all the time. It’s called anger. And sometimes, you just wanna smack some people. 😛
