I mean, extremely, extremely triggered and I feel like I’m about to have a panic attack if I don’t cut. For example: Instead of snacking on potato chips, I snack on carrot sticks and that works just fine for me (most of the time). The above will release endorphins and hopefully curb the panic attack. Temporary fix until you can speak with someone you trust. is there anyone?
