Another sketch just for the fun of it.
It started out with me frustrated because I couldn’t connect to the WiFi.
So I got some paper and a pencil and drew this abstract thing which symbolizes “not being able to connect because of obstacles”.
I meant internet connection, but it kept occurring to me that it can be taken in all sorts of other ways too.
Sometimes no matter how much we want to (*ahem*) put “Tab A” into “Slot B”, there’s something preventing it from happening.
Interpret it however you’d like.

fucking Obstacles i hate them! let’s BBQ! Oh there’s no gas dammit!! let’s do this or let’s do that, oh no! we can’t because of this or that!!! fucking Obstacles!!! we spend a lot of time fighting them working around them! compromising because of them! yes it would be so nice if there wasn’t any! Obstacles get in the way!!! i hate them!!! Obstacles make life a challenge sometimes you don’t want a challenge you would just like things to work out, but this is what we have to deal with, a challenge to over come them!! i like a good fight because there is no other choice.
How to eat BBQ when the grill doesn’t work:
1. Drive to a place that sells good BBQ.
2. Buy some.
3. Eat.
4. Sell grill on eBay.

It’s almost like barbed wire, but flatter so it’s more of an obstacle. 🙂
I meant the toothy texture on the sides of the objects…. sorry I wasn’t clear…. or did you actually understand my ramblings and is that barbed wire too?

Ok, I guess that’s just extra frilly stuff that makes it want to get to the other side that much more. 🙂
it makes me feel like they belong together and that once they connect they will like interlock and be hard to tear apart….

If only that wasn’t in the way, they could connect forever…
well I assume that once one of them pulls themselves threw the barbed wire enough to connect I assume the other will drag them the rest of the way threw it, off of the bounds of this picture where they can be together forever. I just hope they don’t meet in the middle that will make it so both of them have to get torn up while one still would need to go all the way threw…. but they might anyway, as they just can’t help themselves…. Such a good love story ^_^
or maybe they just meet in the middle and stay there forever? as the pain the barbed wire causes just isn’t enough to overcome the joy of them being connected, and they just sit there and stay connected forever….
As I drew all those sharp teeth, I tried depicting the violent reality that either of them would be fatally shredded to bits if they tried crossing it.
And yet… they just can’t turn away.
Stuck forever in an impossible situation.
but but, that makes this so much more sad though…. actually not really…. like if one of them does get fatally shredded then they can connect with the other still for the last few seconds of their life…. And the other can keep their dead body connected and do their best to prevent it from rotting away, while they stop eating and die in like 2 weeks, and then they both rot away together…. still connected forever…. That makes it so much more romantic 😀

In my case, it’s a combination of “Dammit, I wish I had wifi of my own so I could connect to all you lovely people more often,” and “I wish someone was willing to put Tab A into Slot B.”
In your case, it’s 3 chunks of firewood with relish and a mutant onion watermelon hybrid.
Someone else might see triplets from Mars about to have a three-way.

Additional thought: Watermelons and onions would taste awful together, yet I vaguely remember seeing some recipe awhile back for watermelon salsa. Blecch.
Since you said its whatever we want it to be i almost see a butterfly.
Then when i seen the butterfly i seen the top objects as a cacoon sort of thing and the middle line represents the obstacle. And then theres the butterfly.

to me it looks like there are 2 forms reaching out for each other. But in the middle of the forms and surrounding areas there is this obstacle that is rough and jagged looking. Almost like medal with barbed wire around it.
I like it.
on the top left it looks like 3 loves of bread.
on the lower part that form looks almost like it could be a seashell.

that is what I like about abstract art > is that different people see different things. and I believe abstract art 1) can say something about the artist and 2) how it is interpreted can say something about the interpreter.

Too me it kinda looks like a boat that’s about to be hit by three missiles.
Ah, but there’s giant flat barbed wire in the way, so will the boat end up getting hit after all?
Interesting because in that scenario the obstacle is performing a beneficial service.

Well the bottom figure has 3 holes in it.. and the top figure is 3 protruding vessels.
Make me think that these figures are trying to come together and fit together but they are being blocked but the medal and barbed wire fence in the middle.
