What is this? My whole body is shivering, not with cold, maybe fear?, no, I don’t know why. and heartbeat isn’t fine too. i don’t feel that i’m crying but the water in my eyes ain’t stopping.

Symptoms of paranoia ? Have you been diagnosed with ptsd? Maybe anxiety has increased in its level. Get someone to stay by your side while this passes.
I don’t know. I never went to a therapist.
It sounds like you’re having a panic attack. Deep slow breaths in thru your nose out through your mouth. Try thinking of something that makes you calm and happy. For me it’s the world of Harry Potter. Panic attacks suck I get them a lot, I crumble on the ground from them, one time felt like I was literally having a heart attack. You can get through this.
this happened maybe the third time and this time it was more than before.
I get them all the time. Usually 4-5 times a week I take xanax when it happens. I use to be against taking prescriptions but weeds illegal and my panic attacks were so bad I literally couldn’t function so I broke down and went to the dr.
Maybe stress and anxiety, I get the beating heart every day. Think it’s all the suicidal thoughts and everything else in my mind.
