For all of use in college, high school, or even middle school, this is probably the hardest time of the years.
I am SO stressed out right now. Iget about 4 hours of sleep with no caffeine, boring classes with everything being crammed inside my head. And most of the things we learn in high school is never used unless for a job. I am so stressed like I said. I have no idea on how to calm down about this stress. For any of those who a good in school or know how to mange stress, can you give me some tips.

Find time to relax, even a ten minute nap will help. Get out in nature if you can, even for just a little while. Sit in the quiet of nature, relax, and just breathe and take in the smells, sounds.
Just do the best that you can. Go to class and listen, maybe even take notes if you think that would help. Yes, most classes are boring, but just listening to everything that is said takes care of most of the work. Also, set a daily time period in which you work and learn. When you’re finished, try to relax, and also try to get more sleep. If you know you’re putting in the work, then there’s no need to stress.
Eat healthy and exercise a bit, well something to calm your mind.
