interesting read/self medicate?

I understand your comments but I found it especially interesting where it’s been beneficial in treating depression, anxiety, etc, issues. It’s not the first time I’ve read or watched something similar. My opinion on that matter alone comes from a place where our society practically force feeds us pharmaceuticals or “supplements” but because the old “just say no” attitude still prevails. There could have been countless studies on how these drugs could benefit yet, not only was there no funding groups and individuals were actually forbidden to do testing.

Now i wouldnt recommend eating an eighth your first time or nothing but I find things like this interesting. Ultimately could be ( have been?) a properly collected and dosed serving to aid in dealing with some ailments.
