What you mean ‘we’ white man?
That was a joke. Yeah I agree we are outcasts, even worse, as individuals, each of us is an outcast within the world of outcasts. Aside from the vague sense of having company in our miserable abyss, there is no ‘we’ because each of us is alone. Even if you gathered us all around a campfire and started strumming a guitar there would be no belonging, at least not those of us who are hopelessly fucked. Divided we fall.
We’d gather ’round a fire, toast some marshmallows, and pass around the Elixir of Death, each taking a swig of the sweet nectar of Death. We’re all alone, together. We’re all dead, together.
Now that’s a party where I can cut loose. You’re right, death unites us all so there would be a sense of unity once the elixir passes the gums. A little off topic, I always wondered about mass kool aid suicides, were people politely saying “after you. no after you” or was it like “CHUG CHUG CHUG” or was there an asshole like me pushing everyone out of the way for seconds
