Well not feeling well all I do is sit in my room all day thinking paranoid thoughts. It’s really bad right now. I have suicidal thoughts . I don’t know how to break the cycle. I have been like this for a long time just getting tired of this.

It’s difficult being in that head space – I have been there myself too. Some times just moving helps. Sounds odd but I find getting up and moving (if I’m sitting around feeling like crap) helps. It’s almost as though one is under a spell and some action is required to break it.

People tell me to get out more. Never really tried it. Maybe leaving your comfort zone will help?
