My first struggle was trichotillomania and that was back in 1994 and i dealt with anxiety, depression, had quit alot of diff diagnosis’ like add, borderline, dissociative disorder until at 19 they put schizoaffective disorder. Been on this site officially since mid sept but i was lurking on here for over a year.
I’ve been here for several million years. Back in the day, we used to chisel messages into rocks and leave them nestled between the branches of trees, and we called it Ug Urug, not SP. We called lots of things Ug Urug back then.
I don’t really know how long I’ve been suffering from depression. My sense of the passage of time is so horribly warped that it’s amazing I can even remember how old I am. I usually have to stop and do math when people ask me that question. I think I’ve been on SP for three or four years, maybe longer. Refer to the first part of this paragraph for an explanation.
How long have I been suffering? That’s a hard question to answer. There’s been SOME suffering ever since I can remember, meaning ever since 1971. I didn’t have a very happy childhood, but I guess it wasn’t all that unhappy either. Seems like things went downhill in 1982 (age 13) and have never really recovered, although 1986-1987 was a good time.

About 2006. Been on this website since January of this year. After searching suicide methods almost every day.
