I can’t effing log on to my uber since yesterday, and the “support”
1- is taking forever (didn’t even get back to me till today) and
2- isn’t helping so far.
3- haven’t heard back since sending reply.
All the guy did was allow me to reset my password, WHICH WAS THE SAME ISSUE THAT WASN’T WORKING. It lets me update my password, sends me an email saying “password successfully updated” and when I try to sign in, it won’t fucking let me. And the guy keeps telling me to update my app, which ISN’T the fucking issue since I can’t log on from my laptop. Also, I can’t update since I have an old phone and the new version would crash it. And is app isn’t the issue anyhow. The whole time it’s been me trying to log on via my LAPTOP.
Frustrating as shit.
I could be sleeping (or at least surfing the net or playing my game) but no, been dealing with this and the wireless mouse since I woke up. Then I only received 1 email for a refund from paypal when there should be 2 refunds. So 3 things and I’ve just woken up. And after only 5 hours sleep.
I am grumpy.

UPDATE:
3 hours later and a DOZEN emails later, back and forth, they fucking keep telling me to update my app when IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE APP. It won’t update my password and take my new password on the LAPTOP on uber.com. NOT on the fucking app.
How many fucking times do I have to tell them it’s not the app? jesus fucking christ.
None of this shit would be happening had uber not sent me an email that they reset my password to begin with yesterday, which they do do routinely. Everything was fine until that happened. Now I can’t go anywhere till it gets fixed. Been back on forth with them since 630AM. Fucking hell.

Perhaps if they knew that they are making you so angry that you’re considering killing yourself, they would try to be more helpful — they would lose revenue if costumers started killing themselves, you know…
