Right now im going through the hardest time…. i just broke up with my fiancé and im beyond devestated!! I feel like i need to cut so bad but im trying so hard not to. How do i stop these thoughts again???

It helps when you surround by people who you love and talk about it with them.
I’ve been trying to figure out the same thing the best thing that I can think of is when the urge comes on to take a cold shower. So that way it distractes you from wanting to do it. I would strongly suggest seeking out therapy so you have someone to talk to during this hard time. Try your best not to isolate.
