I feel like I need help

I can’t control this anymore. Once upon a time I was feeling like loosing it but now I tottaly know that I’m off the rails. All the people who have been there also feels excatly same. There are lot of things happened in the past like drug abuse, alcohol overdosing, suicide attempts and my sexual abuse history. All this pain makes me feel worthless. I just need somebody to talk.
