What if someone with very little hope and a few years of suffering stagnation and heavy financial and economic burdens a lot of debt would see one way out.
That way is to take what money you have say $60,000, although the money is shared with your family members your abusive, narcissistic, toxic as can be, in terms of Personality, family members. So you take this $ in cash to Vegas at a blackjack table to have a slight chance of making the money you need to break out of your hole just for a little bit, lets say you need another $40,000. You are hideously in debt or In hawk to the mob, just hypothetical here! but money doesn’t make you happy it doesn’t fill that void and there’s only so much it can do anyways.
what if you risked your life for money instead of just dying with it knowing that if you win you can live for as long as it will make you happy and if you lose you have a rifle waiting for you in the car in the parking lot.
I’m just honestly curious has anyone ever thought of this or heard of this kind of last desperate suicidal act?

I’m pretty sure that it happens in Vegas more than we know, we just don’t hear about it. Question: if you do this and lose, will you the mob come after your family? Gambling is risky but you say money doesn’t make you happy. Why not work the debt off?
That’s a really neat idea. Assuming your family doesn’t deserve squat, and assuming you truly have nothing left to live for, sure. But be sure to put it all on 1 bet, probably roulette (pun intended) where your chances are close to 50/50 if you choose black/red. 1 bet. If you win, enjoy the gift from the gods. If you lose, then assume the gods are telling you to f- yourself lol
