Log in to Reply namrahellz 9/22/2019 - 10:01 pmI am, what do you mean? Log in to Reply a1957 9/23/2019 - 12:44 amI have a dumb question really, but did you mean you did not give counseling your all? For what ever it is worth I have been in therapy for 5 years and only in the last maybe 6 months have I really really started to trust her. Being a good client takes time to learn how. I hope this helps even a little… Log in to Reply namrahellz 9/26/2019 - 10:22 pmI guess what I meant was, for other aspects in life I didn’t really try as hard as I could’ve, should’ve, and I was recommended therapy. I guess I just felt like I didn’t deserve it because I didn’t try hard enough. Log in to Reply a1957 9/26/2019 - 11:33 pmOh I see, that makes sense. If you have bunch of pain or grief of depression or the like it is nigh on impossible to give everything your best. Oh and then knowing that a better effort could have been made cranks up guilt or shame or fill in in the blank. I can think and do better as I heal.
