At work….dont i believe i ran i to the worst possible person (at least for me theres obviously worse people like hilter although im not 100% sure its him but im going to fimd out). I spent my day feeling sick. And then didnt i go to my friends sentencing. More anxiety! Thankfully anxiety attacks dont hang around that long. I hope ill be feeling better in the morning.

That’s awful. My condolences…running into people at work really sucks. I actually sit next to people i dislike, and even though I try to work in the cafeteria and stuff, I end up having to converse with them regularly.
It really sucks. I hope you feel better soon.
It’s not a matter of disliking them. It’s more like they hurt me in 1 of the worse ways possible.
How? No need to be specific. Like, physically, emotionally, mentally, verbally,…?
