Why Are People Such Assholes?

The neighbors to the right of me has been throwing trash into my front yard and into my back yard, as well as constantly tipping over my garbage bins, or pushing it several feet into the middle of the driveway so one has to get out of the car to move it out the way before you can pull in. The asshole has been doing that the last 3 weeks in a row. Garbage day is this Thursday and I bet you he will do it again for the 4th week in a row.

It all stems from back to the last week of Feb. He was shouting at the top of his lungs for 90min straight. Super fucking loud. This is after 4 months of him having a noise war with the neighbors to my left. I stayed out of it didn’t didn’t say or do anything until last week of Feb when I finally rang their doorbell. The left side neighbors finally stopped making noise suddenly so now it’s only the assholes on the right, constantly shouting at the top of his lungs.

So I talked to the mother about the yelling/noise constantly coming from the granpa- he’s out there in the yard yelling 2-3x a week every week. So what do the assholes do? They start making MORE noise. Instead of yelling 2-3x a week, he then went out there EVERY DAY to shout. Also, he’d come out at 8AM and start “hammering.” I know full well he isn’t doing any work out there bc he only hammers from 8AM-830AM, and goes back in. Doesn’t hammer till next morning at 8AM, and then the next morning at 8AM.

He knows I sleep late (he can see the lights on), so he purposely goes out there early in the morning to make noise to wake me up. Every morning for like 3 months straight. Not just make noise early at 8AM but he’s out there throughout the WHOLE DAY, EVERY day SHOUTING. He pops out to shout for an hour or two, then pops back in. Then an hour later goes back out to shout. Repeat and repeat and repeat.

Idk if someone else complained, but he suddenly stopped around mid June or so.

Around end of March/beginning of May or so, he starts throwing garbage into my yard, both front and back. I ignored it for 3-4 weeks, then eventually I started tossing his garbage back onto his side. After 2 months or so of that, he eventually stopped.

for about 2 months he stopped doing stuff to me. July & Aug was relatively peaceful, for 6-8 weeks.

And now he’s restarted.
Today he threw a chicken bone in the front lawn to attract the ants.

Idk what to do.
A- No, talking to them isn’t going to make things better seeing as how talking to them the first time led them to be such assholes and start purposely doing stuff to me.
B- Not doing anything is going to result him him constantly doing stuff to me until whenever he gets tired, which is months
C- Retaliating back (throwing HIS garbage back into his yard) will only lead to him doing more nasty shit to me.
